Work from home DubLi has the latest information on the DubLi network. We just attended the meeting in Vienna Austria yesterday with Michael Hansen the Founder and CEO of DubLi. There are some very cool new things that will be happening with the company, but I am not a liberty to share them right now … so sorry … lol!

I can tell you that the opening for the USA has been pushed to October sometime ….. perhaps around the 4th … but trust me, they are rewriting some internet programs and we all know how that is …. YIKES! Better to have all your ducks in a rown than go back and try to fix it!

The new DubLi magazine will be coming out sometime this month, also … called Inside Magazine DubLi … and yes the slides are in German, but remember we were in Austria getting this cutting edge info!

Working from home is such a great thing for so many people. Think of the income tax benefits alone! At the same time it may be easy for some folks to get “derailed” so to speak when they have no one, like a boss to look over their shoulder and keep them on track. For this reason I have come up with the top 5 tips if you work at home or make money online.

1. Structure your work schedule. Your day doesn’t have to begin at 8:00am, but whenever it does start, know what you should be doing. Maybe you are the type that needs to check e-mail first or make a few phone calls. Whatever it is, and the choice is up to you, make sure you have a system in place so you can focus on your tasks instead of wondering where you should go next.
2. Make a list. You need to have reminders of what should be done for the day and it is so satisfying when you get to scratch them off! Some people find it easy to use something like notepad or other management software. I like to write notes to myself and find that this keeps me on track.
3. Stay connected! You may work from home, but you don’t have to be alone. Social networks are great for this … try Twitter … it is one of the latest and greatest networks for staying in touch and following interesting people and what they are doing. Remember you do need input from the outside world and I don’t mean having your kids running at your feet either! 4. Set goals for yourself. Many times it is difficult to keep yourself motivated in a home business. Keep track of your businesses progress. Are you making any money? Maybe set a goal of bringing in a certain hourly wage and then when you reach that amount, bump the bar up a bit. Make your goals attainable. Think of these as stepping stones, not the final, ultimate nowhere else to go type goals!
5. Take a break! It is so important to be able to pace yourself. I KNOW that working at home can consume a lot of time. I sit down at the computer many days and find that I haven’t eaten and 8 hours have slipped away. YIKES! Yes, you need to focus and of course, it is tempting to work just another couple of hours, but remember you don’t want to burnout either. Being the CEO, president, secretary, tech support, etc. of a home based business is a job that has many “hats” … and there will be days you will find your head spinning around. Take a break … take a whole day off. Your mental batteries will recharge and you will be surprised at how a little down time can make your mental juices flow better. You will come up with ideas that you never thought of before! Trust me.

OK, this is just the first 5 tips when you work from home, there are many more to come. A successful home based business grows in baby steps and many times a bunch of work goes into making just a small step forward, but be patient … it all works out in the end!

Do YOU want to work from home? The really cool thing when you work at home is that you never have to get all dressed up … there is no dress code, in fact, you can wear your pajamas if you want to. Commute time is measured in mere seconds as you wander from the bedroom to the kitchen to pick up a cup of coffee and wander off to where your office is located. No long drive time, no road rage, no looking for a parking spot, no running through the rain or snow to get from your car to the office … GOSH …. Look at all the fun things you miss by working from home …lol!

Just think about it … if you work from home you have flexible hours … maybe you want to be more active in your children’s lives or perhaps you dreamof being a soccer Mom … this really gives you the opportunity to do that and still get your work done … only on your terms!

If you have chosen a “work from home” career, you also have the advantage of being able to work from almost anywhere in the world that has an internet connection. Maybe you have the opportunity to take a quick cruise in the Bahamas. Great, just pop your laptop in your suitcase and you won’t have to miss out on all the fun. What if one of your parents or friends has an emergency and you really need to spend some time with them? No problem, take your computer along and spend as much time as you need taking care of their needs as well as your business.

One of the big questions I hear from people when they make this big decision is how to manage all the aspects of a home business by themselves. They want to work from home, but they really don’t want to be all alone. They need some help with some of the internet skills that lead to a successful home based business. You know … things like e-mail, auto-responders, ways to follow up on leads and all the mundane things that make a home business only ho hum to really knock your socks off successful!

Now don’t get me wrong …working from home is indeed, just that, WORK! The exciting thing is that there are new internet tools and marketing systems out in the market place that are made just for this purpose. Imagine being able to input or upload your information into a system and have all the heavy lifting done for you. Now that is pretty COOL! This will allow you to have even more time for yourself.

There is such freedom in this working lifestyle … it is so liberating that it is hard to describe in words. Give it serious thought, perhaps it is for you?

Put your ear to the ground and what do you hear? I want to work from home is the latest craze that is hitting America. Fuel is too expensive and I can’t afford to gas up my car, long commutes are cutting into my personal time and my family needs more attention.

MLM or network marketing is always a great option, but realize that it has its limitations if you are just planning on staying at home and working on the computer. At some point you will have to venture out of the house and work with your various down-lines.
